DISPUTES
By using, viewing or purchasing the products on this site, the user acknowledges that Romanian laws will govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and Luzan Logistic SRL. In case of any conflicts between Luzan Logistic SRL and its customers, they will first be tried to be resolved amicably in at least 30 working days. If an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the Conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid concluded contract.
